If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Boerboel Wear, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (14) days from the date of purchase. The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Support at aanlyn@boerboelwear.co.za for a return authorization to start the process.

Boerboel Wear Support is from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email that contains your Return Reference number.

Please send the parcel to the below address. Please note the returns shipping charges are for your own account; unless the item is defective – then we will cover the costs.

Please print the Return Reference number clearly on the outside of the box and include the printed email inside.  The Return Reference number is required for us to process your return and refund.  Refunds are processed when products are received.

If you have an account, you may process your return by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click “My Account” and then the “Orders” tab

3. Click on “Return Item(s)” next to the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return

4. Click the check box next to the item(s) to return, select a reason for the return from the drop down menu, and fill in any additional details in the box

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next Step: Review Authorization”

6. Review the information to make sure it is correct, and click “Final Step: Generate Return Reference Number”

7. You will receive an email that contains your Return Reference number 

8. We will get in contact with you to process the return

Warranty

All Boerboel Wear clothing products are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the customer. Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification.
