If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Boerboel Wear, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted.

Please return your parcel to us at the below address and ensure that you enclose a note containing your name, surname, telephone number and delivery address. Specify exactly what your exchange should entail. An invoice for the return will be enclosed in your parcel, please effect payment once you receive your parcel.

All Boerboel Wear clothing products are covered for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase by the customer. Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification. Any defect resulting from abuse or misuse of garments are not covered by any warranties and do not qualify for our exchange policy. All garments are subject to inspection and a proof of purchase before any warranties will be considered by Boerboel Wear.
